This year marks Norcross Supply Company’s 70th anniversary, and 43rd as a member of Gwinnett Chamber. Despite obstacles, such as a catastrophic fire in 2007, Norcross Supply has blossomed in our community. The company takes pride in supplying its customers with quality lumber, competitive prices and especially exceptional customer service, the main thing to which the team attributes their success. As a trusted name in our community, Norcross Supply Company has the privilege to supply to two generations of customers. Customers are pleased to find familiar faces who already know how to satisfy their needs and preferences.

In addition to providing their customers with the best quality products, Norcross Supply Company strives to express how much they value its employees. One of its newest ventures includes the implementation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Current owner Anne Eldridge, whose husband Robert was one of the founders of the company in 1946, established the plan with the intent to have employees who have grown the company be owners in the near future, because the staff at Norcross Supply Company is an integral part of its success. President Mike Shook leads by the following motto: “An organization succeeds not because it is long established but because there are people in it who live it, sleep it, dream it and build future plans for it.” With that in mind, Norcross Supply Company seeks to continue the legacy of those who have worked hard to grow the company; increase market share; continue to provide excellent customer service; and train new talent in the industry in order to guarantee the company continues for another 70 years.
